Select a Crystal Reports Form
        
Before you can perform these 
 tasks
        
        
        You can select a Crystal 
 Report form as the default template when you print a specific transaction.
        To select:
        
A standard Crystal Reports form
        
        
            
                - In the Home window 
 on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
 
                - On the left side 
 of the window, click the transaction group that uses the form you want 
 to print.
 
                - If you are printing 
 sales invoices, in the Printed Form Type 
 list, select Custom Crystal Reports Form.
 
            
            For other types of forms, in the Form 
 Type list, select Custom Crystal Reports 
 Form.
            
                - If you are printing 
 sales invoices, in the Printed Form Description, 
 select a template.
 
            
            For other types of forms, in the Description 
 box, select a template.
            
                - Click OK.
 
            
         
        
A Crystal Reports form you've 
 created or modified
        
        
            
                - In the Home window 
 on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
 
                - On the left side 
 of the window, click the transaction group that uses the form you want 
 to print.
 
                - If you are printing 
 sales invoices, in the Printed Form Type 
 box, select Custom Crystal Reports Form.
 
            
            For other types of forms, in the Form 
 Type box, select Custom Crystal Reports Form.
            
                - If you are printing 
 sales invoices, in the Printed Form Description, 
 select User-Defined Form.
 
            
            For other types of forms, in the Description 
 box, select User-Defined Form.
            
                - Click Browse.
 
                - In the Select Simply Form window, select the file you have saved, and click Open.
 
                - Click OK.
