Turn On or Off Bilingual Data Entry

Before you can perform this task

To turn on or off the feature allowing you to enter box titles or data in French and English:

1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
2. On the left side of the window, click Company and then Features.

If you are working in a consolidated company, click Company, and then System. (Premium)

3. Select or clear the My Company Does Business in English and French box.

Note: This box will be dimmed if you have other Sage Simply Accounting windows open. To close all other Sage Simply Accounting windows, click Close other windows on the toolbar.


4. Click OK.

Select a user's preferred language

Enter data in both English and French
