Modify a Time Slip Allocations by Contractor Report

Before you can perform this task 

Select the Time Slip Allocation by Contractor report that you want to modify:

Time Slip Allocations by Contractor Summary

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Time Slip Allocations by Employee/Contractor Summary. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report.
  4. Select Show Contractors.

    If you want to display employee information in the report as well, select Show Employees, and select a job category if needed.

  5. (Optional) Select Include inactive records.
  6. Select the contractors you want to include in the report, or click Select All to report on all contractors in the list.

    If you had selected Show Employees in step 4, select the employees you want to include in the report.

  7. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  8. Select the projects to include on the report, or click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  9. If you have created time slips for customers that use a foreign currency:
  1. Click Exchange Rates.
  2. Enter the latest exchange rate or click Update to use your company's most recent exchange rate.
  3. Click OK to apply the rate.
  1. (Optional) Customize the:
  2. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  3. Click OK to display the report.

Time Slip Allocations by Contractor Detail

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Employee/Contractor Detail. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report.
  4. Select Show Contractors.

    If you want to display employee information in the report as well, select Show Employees, and select a job category if needed.

  5. (Optional) Select Include inactive records.
  6. Select the contractors you want to include in the report, or click Select All to report on all contractors in the list.

    If you had selected Show Employees in step 4, select the employees you want to include in the report.

  7. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  8. Select the projects to include on the report, or click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  9. If you have created time slips for customers that use a foreign currency:

  3. Click OK to apply the rate.
