Time & Billing Reports
If you use the Time and Billing component and bill your customers
for project or activity time, these reports provide you with information about the time worked
and the activities performed.
- Billing reports show you billable and non-billable hours
and amounts, organized by employee, customer, or service activity.
You can also create reports for contractors. (Enterprise)
- Payroll reports track the cost effectiveness of your
company's services and employee productivity. You can also display employee time sheets to determine how much time each employee worked, according to activity.
- Purchases reports allow you to reconcile purchase invoices that you receive from contractors with your records in Simply Accounting. They list the time spent on activities, amounts related to contractor time slips and purchase invoices, and activities performed. (Enterprise)
- Project reports indicate which activities have been allocated to a project. You may also want to look up unallocated project amounts.

Available Reports
To view one of these reports, select it in the Report
Centre
and click Display.
