The Sales by Salesperson Reports

The Sales by Salesperson reports show your company's sales organized by salesperson, inventory item, other sales, and freight.

Both reports show:

• Total Sales
• Cost of Goods Sold
• Profit  for each item
• Total sales for each salesperson.

Summary

The summary report shows the number of Transactions that make up each item's total.

Double-click the salesperson's name to drill down into the Sales by Salesperson Detail report in the report viewer.

Detail

The detail report shows every sale for each salesperson, the total for each item, and the salesperson's sales totals. The source number for each transaction is also included in this report.

You can drill down into the original sales transactions in the report viewer.

To view one of these reports, open the Report Centre in the Home window, select Customers & Sales, and then the sales by salesperson report by name. Click Display.
