Add or Change an Item's Selling Price

To add or change an inventory or service item's home currency selling price:

1. Open the Pricing tab in the item's record. How?
   1. In the Home window, click Inventory & Services on the navigation pane.
   2. In the Tasks pane, right-click the Inventory & Services icon and select Modify Inventory & Services from the menu.
   3. Select an inventory or service item from the list and click OK.
   4. Click the Pricing tab.
2. (Optional) On the Pricing tab, if you have set up a foreign currency, make sure that your home currency is selected in the Currency list.
3. Type the item's price in the Price per Selling Unit. Make sure you add the price to the correct Price List.

Notes

The selling prices of items you sell in foreign currencies based on exchange rates are calculated by multiplying the home currency price by the exchange rate. If you prefer, you can set up fixed prices for items in foreign currencies.
