Select Print or E-mail Distribution of a Customer's Forms
        To print or e-mail 
 the forms you create for a customer:
        
            - Open the Options tab in the customer record. 
How?- In the Home window, click Customers & Sales on the navigation pane.
 - In the Tasks pane, right-click the Customers icon and select Modify Customer from the menu.    
 - Select a customer from the list and click OK.
 - Click the Options tab.
 
 
            - Under Forms 
 for this Customer, select Print or 
 E-mail. 
 
            - Click Save 
 and Close.
