Update All Budgetary Amounts

You can increase or decrease the revenues or expenses of all your company budgets by the same percentage. Updating your budget affects the entire current fiscal year. For Sage Simply Accounting Enterprise, the current fiscal year and future fiscal year(s) are affected by a change in the budgetary amounts.

Before you can perform this task

To change the budget revenues or expenses:

1. In the Home window on the Maintenance menu, choose Update Budget Amounts.
2. To change your budgeted revenue and expense amounts:
• To increase your budget, type in a percentage in the boxes provided.
• To decrease your budget, type in a negative percentage in the boxes provided.
3. Click Update.
