Clear Account Reconciliation Data
You can clear two types of data used in account reconciliation
to free up more space on your hard drive: account reconciliation data
and imported online statements.
Before you can perform this task
- In the Home window
on the Maintenance menu, choose Clear Data,
then Clear Account Reconciliation, followed
by Clear Account Reconciliation Data.
- In Account,
select the bank or credit-card account you reconcile with Sage Simply Accounting.
- In Clear
Up To, type or select the ending date on your latest bank or credit-card
merchant statement.
- Click OK.
