Add, Rename, or Remove an Additional Information Box for Transactions
        
Before you can perform these 
 tasks
        
        
        To add rename or remove an Additional 
 Information box for transactions:
        
Add or rename an Additional Information 
 box
        
        
            
                - In the Home window, 
 on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open 
 Company, and select Names.
 
                - Type the label 
 you want to use for the information that gets entered in the information 
 box. Regardless of its name, the Additional Information 
 Date box always requires a date in the transaction window.
 
                - Click OK.
 
            
         
        
Remove an Additional Information 
 box
        
        
            
                - In the Home window, 
 on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open 
 Company and select Names.
 
                - Clear the text 
 from the information box you want to remove.
 
                - Click OK.
