Modify Your Printer Setup

You can change how your printer prints transactions and reports. For example, setting up your printer to print landscape versus portrait.

To modify your printer set up:

For reports

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
  2. On the left side of the window, click the transaction group that uses the printer you want to modify.
  3. Click Setup.
  4. Refer to the manufacturer's user guide for instructions about changing the settings.

For transactions

  1. In the transaction window on the File menu, choose Printer Setup.
  2. Refer to the manufacturer's user guide for instructions about changing the settings.
