Time and Billing — Payroll Reports
        The Time, Billing and Payroll report shows billing and 
 payroll information for all or selected employees, activities or incomes, 
 for the dates you specify. The information is accumulated from time slip 
 entries. 
        The report includes information such as:
        
            - Information 
 that you entered in time slips (actual time; payroll time, billable time, 
 billable amount). The payroll time shown on the report does not include 
 income that you defined as non-payroll.
 
            - Payroll 
 %. Calculated as [ Payroll Time / Actual Time ].
 
            - Billable 
 %. Calculated as [ Billable Time / Actual Time ].
 
            - Payroll 
 Expense. Calculated as [ Payroll Time x The rate specified 
 for the payroll income ]. The rate is from the employee’s record.
 
            - Productivity 
 Ratio. Shows the payroll expense relative to the billable amount, 
 as a percentage [ Billable Amount / Payroll Expense ].
 
            - Invoiced 
 Amount. The amount entered on the invoice [ Billable Amount 
 + Written Up or Down Amount ]. The Written Up or Down Amount is shown 
 on the Time and Billing report, described previously.
 
            - Effective 
 Productivity Ratio. Shows the payroll expense relative to the invoiced 
 amount, as a percentage [ Invoiced Amount / Payroll Expense ].
 
        
        You can also use the Payroll Time Sheet to track employee activities for payroll purposes.
