Add or Modify a Record's Additional Information
        To add or modify the contents of a record's Additional 
 Information boxes:
        
            - Open the record 
 you want to edit (for example, a customer).
 
            - Click the Additional Information tab, and add or modify the 
 information in the boxes.
 
            - Click Save 
 and Close.
