Enter a ROE Code in an Employee Record

Both a termination date and a Record of Employment (ROE) code are required to create a Record of Employment.

To enter a ROE code in an employee record:

  1. Open the employee's record. How?
      1. In the Home window, click Employees & Payroll on the navigation pane.
      2. In the Tasks pane, right-click the Employees icon and select Modify Employee from the menu.
      3. Select an employee from the list and click OK.
  2. On the Personal tab, in the ROE Code list, select a code explaining the reason the employment was terminated.
  3. Click Save and Close.
