Change a Tax Code on a Transaction

You can change the tax code:

Applied to an item on a transaction

  1. Enter the transaction as you normally would.
  2. In the item's Tax column, click the List button.
  3. Select a different tax code from the list and click Select.
  4. Finish entering the transaction.

Applied to freight charges on a transaction

  1. Enter the transaction as you normally would.
  2. Click the List button next to the freight charges.
  3. Select a different tax code from the list and click Select.
  4. Finish entering the transaction.
